Role & responsibilities Customer Site Visits: Travel to customer locations to oversee the installation of our products, ensuring proper setup and functionality. Pilot Testing Management: Manage end-to-end pilot testing processes on customer sites, from initial installation to final testing and validation. Technical Problem Solving: Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues that arise during installation and testing, providing on-site support and solutions. Customer Support: Work closely with customers to provide technical guidance and support throughout the installation and testing phases. Collaboration: Collaborate with internal R&D and engineering teams to improve product design based on field feedback and performance data. Documentation: Prepare detailed reports on installation processes, testing outcomes, and any issues encountered to facilitate continuous improvement. Preferred candidate profile Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Experience: Experience of working in the electric vehicle industry, with a focus on motor systems and installations. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of electric vehicle systems, motor technologies, and installation procedures. Problem-Solving Abilities: Proven ability to diagnose and solve technical issues in real-time, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
