Role & responsibilities Support Engineer is responsible to providing support to Internal application build for customer, employee, and partners. Support engineer should have very good business knowledge on both CRM and PRM system. This includes analyzing, triaging, replicating, testing, troubleshooting, provide technical work-around and suggestions to end users. Significant hands-on and understanding of Unix, My SQL, understanding of Python & Angular apps, Understanding of Webserver, Appserver and DB, networking concepts, Shell Scripting, ITIL framework, stake holder communication and management experience. Experience to bring with you: JIRA Service Desk Strong communication skills Good knowledge of enterprise application systems like CRM, PRM and HRIS systems. Querying knowledge on RDBMS like MySQL Good technical skills on Web Server, App Server, and DB Understanding of AWS and Azure Understanding of ITIL framework Understanding of Python and Shell scripting What will you be doing? Team player who is ready to contribute, lead and own elements of troubleshooting and problem resolution. Understand the customer/employee/partner issue in its entirety, triage, analyse, troubleshoot, and assist in resolving issues. Documenting troubleshooting and problem resolution steps, by determining best course of action. Drive issues to closure through interaction with a wide variety of stakeholders. Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies based on organization needs. Ensure all tickets meet the targets for resolution, escalation, documentation completion. Automate the manual task, setting up proactive alerts, Incident, Release and Problem management
