Application Support Engineer (US Shift) with 4 to 6 years of Experience Looking for a smart, self-driven person with 4 to 6 years of experience, preferably from the healthcare IT industry, who holds a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical, IT, Computer Applications, or Software Engineering. The candidate should be able to work in the US shift (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM) and provide first, second, and third-tier (L1, L2, L3) product support via email and online web tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
