Roles & Responsibilities 1 to 3 years experience and knowledge on Windows Server Administration SQL / PLSQL, Application Support, .Net, Java, AWS Cloud, Linux Incident handling (P1, P2, P3, P4s). Excellent Troubleshooting and analytical skills. ITIL certification will be added advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills and ready to work 24*7. Responsible for efficiently managing the relationship with these customers and thoroughly documenting their cases. Collaborate on cross-team and cross-product technical issues by working with resources from other groups as needed to resolve customer issues. Collaborate with Tech Leads and escalation resources when appropriate. Monitoring queues and assisting with daily goals and conducting quality control to reduce errors to improve procedures. Handling escalated issues from customers. Performing pre-deployment and deployment activities
