Job Description

Support Engineer for HRIS and other internal Applications support as Naveen will move to DMS Support. Candidate must fulfill below criteria: - Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field - Expertise in diagnosing and resolving technical issues in a fast-paced environment - Strong understanding of application development and deployment processes - Basic knowlegde of Database - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical support to end-users and clients, including troubleshooting and issue resolution. - Monitor and maintain the performance of our software applications, including identifying and addressing any potential issues or bottlenecks. - Collaborate with the development team to implement upgrades, patches, and enhancements to our applications. - Work with the operations team to ensure the stability and reliability of our applications and infrastructure. - Document and update support processes, procedures, and best practices. - Participate in on-call support rotations to address any urgent issues outside of regular business hours.
