As an Application Tech Support , you will be the first point of contact for our clients, assisting them with our telematics solutions . Your primary responsibility will be to resolve technical queries, provide guidance on product usage, and ensure customer satisfaction . This role is ideal for freshers passionate about technology, problem-solving, and customer service. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer queries via calls, emails, and chat . Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to our software and services. Guide customers on the features and usage of our products. Escalate complex issues to the relevant technical teams when needed. Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM and ticketing systems . Work collaboratively with other teams to improve customer experience. Ensure a customer-first approach while resolving queries. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor s or Masters degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field. Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus). Passion for problem-solving and troubleshooting technical issues. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies. Customer-focused mindset with patience and professionalism .
