Appointment Coordinator - Back Office (Female Candidates only) Office Time : 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM Weekly Off : Sunday Job Type : Full Time Salary : Fix Pay + Incentives Job Location : Off Amin Marg, Rajkot, Gujarat Job Summary: The Appointment Coordinator is responsible for scheduling and managing appointments between clients and sales team or internal departments. This role ensures a smooth and efficient booking process, excellent customer service, and accurate maintenance of appointment records. Key Responsibilities: Schedule and confirm appointments via phone, email, or online booking platforms. Maintain and update daily calendars and scheduling systems. Coordinate with internal staff to ensure availability for scheduled appointments. Remind clients of upcoming appointments and handle rescheduling or cancellations. Address inquiries related to appointments and provide service-related information. Maintain accurate and organized appointment records and logs. Ensure a positive client experience through professional communication and timely coordination. Escalate urgent scheduling conflicts or issues to management. Collaborate with front desk or reception staff to ensure seamless client flow. Key Skills Required: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency in using scheduling software and MS Office tools. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. Customer-centric approach and problem-solving mindset. Educational Qualification: Minimum Graduate in any discipline. Prior experience in appointment setting, front office, or administrative roles preferred.
