.Role & responsibilities: India one of the MNC in BFSI in (Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Chennai) is seeking an Apprentice to participate in the formal Apprenticeship Training Program. This program is designed as an opportunity to gain on-the-job training about our business operations and probably have the prospect to become a full-time employee. In this role, as part of your training, you will : Participate in formal Apprenticeship program including on-the-job training program Train on processing, monitoring, and examining information on aspects of work responsibilities to the resolution of process problems and questions Perform routine administrative tasks, posting and reconciliation Regularly receive direction from your mentor and escalate questions and issues Timely completion of various tasks and responsibilities assigned as part of the training Become familiar with policies and procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained Train with a dynamic team and gain hands on experience under the guidance of experienced peer groups or this role.
