Aptitude Trainer

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Conduct training sessions on Aptitude (Quantitative, Logical, Verbal Reasoning) and Soft Skills (Communication, Personality Development, Interview Preparation, and Resume Writing). Develop customized training content, assessments, and exercises to improve students' performance. Guide students in group discussions, personal interviews, and overall professional etiquette. Track and evaluate students' progress through mock tests, feedback sessions, and one-on-one mentoring. Foster an interactive and motivating learning environment for students from diverse backgrounds. Stay updated with the latest placement trends and industry requirements to align training accordingly. Collaborate with academic institutions, placement cells, and corporate recruiters for enhancing students placement success. Key Skills: Bachelor's/Masters degree in Engineering, Management, or related field. 4+ years of experience as a trainer in Aptitude, Reasoning, and Soft Skills. Strong knowledge of quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle a large batch of students effectively. Experience in conducting mock interviews, group discussions, and personality development workshops. Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and online training tools (for virtual sessions if required). Prior exposure to corporate training, skill development programs, or ed-tech platforms. Certifications in Soft Skills Training, Personality Development, or Aptitude Coaching are a plus
