We are seeking a dynamic and driven India Ecosystem Associate to join our team. This role is pivotal in supporting and managing relationships with our existing ecosystem builders while actively engaging in business development to onboard new startups and developers. The ideal candidate will be passionate about blockchain technology, possess excellent account management skills, and have a knack for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities. What youll be doing: Serve as the primary point of contact for a portion of the existing and prospective ecosystem builders in India. Provide ongoing support to builders, addressing any technical, operational, or strategic issues they may encounter. Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with builders to ensure high levels of satisfaction and engagement. Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with ecosystem builders to track progress and identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with startup ecosystem builders and developers in India. Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and emerging opportunities in the blockchain space. Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective ecosystem builders, leveraging networking events, conferences, and industry contacts. Develop and present compelling value propositions and partnership proposals to potential ecosystem builders. Negotiate partnership terms and agreements, ensuring mutual benefit and alignment with Aptos strategic goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product, engineering) to ensure ecosystem builders have the resources and support needed to succeed. Assist ecosystem builders in integrating and utilizing Aptos blockchain solutions effectively. Organize and participate in events, workshops, and webinars to promote Aptos and engage with the community. Gather and share feedback from ecosystem builders to inform product development and improve the overall partner experience. What were looking for: Bachelor s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in investments, portfolio support, business development, or ecosystem management in the Web3/blockchain industry. Established relationships with founders, VCs, and other key players in the Indian Web3 ecosystem is a plus. Strong understanding of blockchain technology and the Web3 ecosystem in India. Proven track record of building and managing successful partnerships. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Fluency in English. Willingness to travel within India and the surrounding region as needed. You will be directly responsible for: Developing and executing a comprehensive brand marketing and content strategy tailored to the Indian market. Creating engaging and informative content, including blog posts, social media updates, videos, and marketing collateral, that resonates with the Indian audience. Managing and optimizing Aptos social media presence in India, driving engagement and building a strong community. Planning and executing brand marketing campaigns, including digital events, and partnerships, to increase brand awareness and adoption. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. Knowledge of other Indian languages is a plus. Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building. Experience with content management systems, social media analytics tools, and marketing automation platforms. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of the Indian cultural and market nuances. Willingness to travel within India as needed to manage marketing activities and stakeholder relationships.
