Job Title: AR Caller (US Healthcare – Medical Billing) Location: Chandigarh IT Park Shift: Rotational Night Shift (Cab facility available) Meal Facility: Provided Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in Medical Billing and AR Calling Job Description: We are looking for an experienced AR Caller to join our US healthcare process team. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Physician Billing, Denial Management, and a good understanding of insurance billing procedures. Key Responsibilities: Follow up with insurance companies for claim status and payments Handle denials and work on resolution Work on Physician Billing processes Ensure compliance with insurance billing rules and regulations Maintain accurate records of calls and claim details Meet daily and monthly productivity targets Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in US Medical Billing and AR Calling Experience in Denial Management is mandatory Must have worked in Physician Billing Knowledge of insurance billing procedures and regulations Strong communication and negotiation skills Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently Familiarity with medical billing software Perks: Cab facility during night shifts Meal facility Supportive and professional work environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year Benefits: Food provided Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule: Fixed shift Monday to Friday Morning shift Experience: AR: 2 years (Required) Denial Management : 2 years (Required) Physician Billing: 2 years (Required) Work Location: In person
