Job Description

We are looking to hire a skilled ARC Welder for our operations in Tikiapara Howrah (near Belgachia petrol pump). The ideal candidate should have relevant welding experience and be ready to join immediately. Key Responsibilities: Perform ARC welding on various metal structures and components Interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding procedures Operate and maintain welding machines and related tools Ensure high-quality welding and adhere to safety standards Report daily work and assist in machine maintenance Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in ARC welding ITI or any certified welding course preferred Physically fit and capable of handling workshop tasks Must be disciplined, punctual, and a team player Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Paid sick time Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Night shift Weekend availability Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Shift allowance Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Liluah, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Experience: Arc Welding: 2 years (Preferred) Location: Liluah, West Bengal (Preferred) Work Location: In person
