Job Title: ArcGIS Specialist Job Location: Hyderabad No. of positions: 05 Project Duration: Long term Experience Needed: 3 - 5 Years Key Responsibilities: Design, maintain, and update spatial databases and geodatabases (e.g., File GDB, Enterprise GDB) Create, analyze, and interpret geographic data using ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, and other GIS tools Generate maps, dashboards, and data visualizations for internal and external stakeholders Develop geospatial workflows and automation using tools like ModelBuilder or Python (ArcPy) Integrate GIS with GPS, remote sensing data, and other spatial technologies Support data quality assurance and control, including metadata documentation and data standards Provide GIS technical support, training, and guidance to project teams and departments Collaborate with planners, engineers, environmental scientists, and IT professionals Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Geography, GIS, Environmental Science, Computer Science, or a related field 3+ years of hands-on experience using ArcGIS software suite (ArcGIS Pro, ArcMap, ArcGIS Online) Proficiency in spatial analysis, cartography, and data visualization Experience working with geospatial data formats: shapefiles, GeoJSON, KML, raster/imagery Familiarity with scripting languages for GIS automation: Python (ArcPy), SQL , or JavaScript (Web GIS) Knowledge of GPS data collection tools and field mapping apps (e.g., Survey123, Field Maps) Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Preferred Certifications: Esri Technical Certification (e.g., ArcGIS Desktop Associate , Enterprise Geodata Management Associate ) GISP Certification Familiarity with ArcGIS Enterprise , QGIS , or other open-source GIS tools is a plus.
