We specialize in high-end residential, commercial, and hospitality projects, ensuring a seamless design-to-execution process.Job Overview:We are looking for a talented Architect cum Interior Designer who can conceptualize, design, and execute high-end interior projects with a deep understanding of architectural principles. The ideal candidate should be able to blend aesthetics with functionality, ensuring that every space reflects luxury, innovation, and client aspirations.Key Responsibilities:Design & Concept Development:Develop creative and functional architectural and interior design concepts based on client needs and project objectives.Create mood boards, sketches, 3D renders, and CAD drawings for visualization and presentation.Research and incorporate global trends, materials, and sustainable practices in design.Ensure that all designs align with U&I Interiors’ signature luxury aesthetic.Project Planning & Execution:Prepare detailed architectural and interior layouts, working drawings, and material specifications.Coordinate with the in-house execution team, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth implementation.Conduct site visits to oversee design execution and ensure adherence to quality and timelines.Optimize space planning, lighting, and material selection for an enhanced user experience.Client Interaction & Coordination:Lead client meetings, presentations, and design approvals, ensuring clear communication of ideas.Understand client preferences and lifestyles to deliver customized interior solutions.Address and resolve design-related queries throughout the project lifecycle.Vendor & Material Management:Source and finalize materials, furnishings, and decor while managing vendor negotiations.Stay updated on the latest high-end materials, finishes, and furniture trends.Collaborate with external consultants, contractors, and artisans for seamless execution.Key Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture / Interior Design from a reputed institution.Experience: Minimum 1+ years in high-end residential or commercial interior design projects.Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, and Photoshop.Strong understanding of building codes, materials, and site execution processes.Ability to handle multiple projects while ensuring timely execution and design excellence.Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.A keen eye for luxury aesthetics, space optimization, and detailing.What We Offer:Opportunity to work on prestigious luxury projects.Exposure to international design trends and premium clientele.Collaborative work environment with a talented design team.Competitive salary package with growth opportunities.If you are passionate about designing bespoke, luxurious spaces, we’d love to hear from you!Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
