Client: Designing Firm Location: Mapusa, North-Goa Designation: Architect Qualification: Diploma/Bachelors in Architecture Experience: 1 - 2 years Salary: Rs. 16,000/- Rs. 20,000/- Key Responsibilities: Develop architectural plans for new buildings, renovations, and alterations. Consult with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and present design proposals. Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, cost estimates, etc. Oversee construction projects, coordinate with engineers and contractors, and conduct site visits to monitor progress. Analyze and solve design challenges, finding innovative solutions to meet project requirements. Skills: Strong understanding of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction techniques. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, contractors, and other professionals. Familiarity with CAD software, 3D modelling software, and other design tools. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
