Job Title: Architect Job Role: Full-Time Department: Food, Beverage & Hospitality Experience: 3–5 years Salary: 10,000 to 30,000 Location: la Vie Club, C'est, 164, Hill Rd, Bandra West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400050 Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our team at la Vie Club. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design, with experience working on hospitality and F&B projects. You will play a key role in designing and developing unique, functional, and brand-aligned spaces that enhance customer experience and support operational efficiency. This position involves collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely, high-quality project execution. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings for hospitality and F&B projects. Assist in space planning, interior detailing, and visualization of new outlets, renovations, or expansions. Prepare technical drawings, presentation boards, and 3D models using design software. Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure design accuracy and timely implementation. Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design, safety, and quality standards. Ensure all designs comply with building codes, local regulations, and safety norms. Source and evaluate materials, finishes, and furnishings to align with the brand’s aesthetics and sustainability goals. Work closely with operations, branding, and engineering teams for coordinated project delivery. Assist in preparing project schedules, budgets, and documentation required for approvals and permits. Coordinate with statutory bodies, architects, and consultants for project clearances when required. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution. 3–5 years of professional experience, preferably in the hospitality, restaurant, or retail design sectors. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator). Strong understanding of architectural detailing, spatial planning, and building materials. Good knowledge of relevant building codes, zoning laws, and construction regulations. Excellent design sense, visual communication skills, and attention to detail. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Strong interpersonal and project coordination skills.
