Architect cum Interior Designer Location: Mangaldeep Apartment, Patliputra Colony, Patna, Bihar - 800013 Experience: Minimum 2 years Employment Type: Full-Time Job Responsibilities: Develop innovative architectural and interior design concepts. Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and 3D visualizations. Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and preferences. Select appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams for seamless execution. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress. Manage project timelines and deliver within set deadlines. Required Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or other relevant design software. Strong creativity, visualization skills, and attention to detail. Knowledge of space planning, color theory, and material selection. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently. Qualifications: Bachelors/Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design. Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a similar role.
