Roles and Responsibilities Develop architectural designs for industrial buildings such as factories, warehouses, plants, and manufacturing facilities. Create layout plans, working drawings, and 3D visualizations using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools. Ensure designs are functional, cost-effective, and meet operational requirements. Collaborate with structural, MEP, and civil teams to integrate all technical requirements. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout the design and execution stages. Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, fire safety norms, environmental regulations, and zoning laws.
