Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients, engineers, and interior designers to create innovative design concepts Develop architectural plans, 3D designs, and space layouts using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit Work on home renovation projects, new construction, and architectural remodeling Ensure designs are compliant with local building codes and sustainability practices Visit construction sites to oversee design execution and resolve issues Coordinate with project managers and civil contractors to maintain timelines and quality Requirements Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or related field 25 years of experience in residential or commercial architecture Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite Understanding of Vastu-compliant architecture is a plus Strong portfolio showcasing residential and/or interior design work Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
