Job Description

Role & responsibilities Desirable Real Estate experience in High rise residential housing projects. Ensure designs align with local regulations, zoning requirements, and environmental considerations. Coordination with external consultants for timely release of drawings to engineering team for further preparation of GFC drawings. Hands on with working drawings. Safe keeping/preservation of the as built drawings. Preparation of Sanction drawings. Co-ordination with Project site team. Timely issuance of GFCs to ensure proper planning and execution. Key Result areas assist in Project planning and execution. Should be comfortable in high pressure timelines. Should have good communication skills and ability to work in a team. Proficiency in Auto-cad & Revit (preferable). Preferred candidate profile Must be from Real Estate and who can join on urgent basis. Perks and benefits Best in the Industry
