Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Architectural Design: Lead the architectural design and development of eCommerce and retail solutions using React and Node.js. Customization & Integration: Oversee the customization and integration of various systems to ensure seamless operation and enhanced user experience. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of React and Node.js developers, ensuring best practices and high-quality code standards. Business Analysis: Collaborate with Business Analysts (BAs) to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Project Management: Work closely with Project Managers (PMs) to ensure timely delivery of projects, adhering to budget and quality standards. Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with business goals. Innovation: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in architecture, with a focus on eCommerce and retail solutions. Technical Skills: Proficiency in React, Node.js, and related technologies. Customization & Integration: Proven experience in system customization and integration. Leadership: Strong leadership skills with experience managing development teams. Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
