Architect

Job Description

The Architect will be responsible for architectural design, software development, integration, and project management, ensuring the successful execution of real estate projects. * Work closely with senior architects to create and develop design concepts for residential, commercial, and township projects. * Develop architectural drawings (plans, elevations, sections, etc.) as per the finalized design concept. * Ensure that designs meet client requirements, building codes, and regulations. * Architecture and Architectural Design skills * Project Management abilities * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field * Experience in real estate development projects * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other relevant design software. * Knowledge of local zoning laws, construction codes, working in slopy mountain area and industry best practices. * Effective communication skills for collaborating with both internal teams and external consultants.
