Responsibilities: Assist in Design Preparation: Develop architectural concepts, plans, and presentations. Drafting and Modeling: Create 2D and 3D architectural drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant software. Collaboration: Work alongside project managers, engineers, and senior architects to refine designs and meet project goals. Site Analysis & Research: Conduct site assessments and provide research to support design decisions. Document Management: Ensure accurate documentation and project specifications in compliance with regulations. Client Interaction: Assist in preparing proposals, client presentations, and project reports. Code Compliance: Ensure designs adhere to building codes, zoning laws, and environmental regulations. Meetings and Coordination: Participate in client meetings and collaborate with contractors and consultants.
