We are hiring for the role of architect for our premium hotel projects at our Baner office, Pune. Roles & Responsibilities:- Design and Planning: Develop architectural plans, blueprints, and specifications for hotels, considering factors like functionality, safety, and efficiency. Project Management: Manage projects from conception to completion, coordinating with various teams and stakeholders. Client Communication: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and vision for the hotel. Technical Expertise: Apply knowledge of building codes, regulations, and design principles to ensure projects are structurally sound and compliant. Collaboration: Work with interior designers, landscape architects, and other professionals to create a cohesive and visually appealing design. Cost and Timeline Management: Assist in determining project budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Quality Control: Monitor construction progress to ensure adherence to design plans, quality standards, and building codes. Presentation and Documentation: Prepare presentations, drawings, and other documentation to communicate design concepts and project details to clients and stakeholders. Research and Innovation: Stay informed about industry trends, new technologies, and design principles to create innovative and efficient hotel designs.
