Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for overall development and implementation of projects of architectural projects; 2. Overseeing match of budget and conceptual design proposal timely and profitable completion of the project; 3. Prepare and present feasibility reports and design proposals to the client; 4. Use IT in design and project management, specifically using computer-aided design software; 5. Keep within financial budgets and deadlines; 6. Produce detailed workings, drawings and specifications; 7. Specify the nature and quality of materials required; 8. Draw up required documents for contracts; 9. Resolve problems and issues that arise during construction; 10. Ensure that the environmental impact of the project is managed; 11. Site study, measurement, design ideas and requirements raised accordingly; 12. All sort of drawings (working, presentation & detail); 13. Co-operating with site supervisor and other consultants for proper implementation 14. of design. 15. Maintain database of ready designs and reference literature, preparing and presentations 16. and conceptual proposals. 17. Working drawing for floor plans, elevation, section & roof plans.
