Job Summary: Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Architecture Draftsman with a minimum of 4 years of experience in construction and development to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in architectural drafting and design, coupled with a solid understanding of the construction process. You will work closely with architects, developers, and engineers to create detailed drawings and plans for various projects. Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed architectural drawings and plans using CAD software. Collaborate with architects and engineers to understand project requirements and specifications related to construction and development. Revise and update designs based on feedback from team members and clients. Ensure all drawings comply with relevant building codes and regulations. Assist in the preparation of construction documents and specifications. Conduct site visits to gather information and ensure accuracy in designs. Maintain organized project files and documentation. Participate in project meetings and contribute to design discussions with a focus on construction and development objectives. Skills & Qualifications: Any Diploma / Graduate in Architecture, Drafting, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in construction and development. Proficiency in AutoCAD. Strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and construction methods. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. Knowledge of 3D modelling software SketchUp. Experience with sustainable design practices. Familiarity with project management tools.
