Our dedicated team uses cutting-edge technology to create seeds and organic fertilizers that promote soil health, improve plant nutrition, and protect crops from pests and diseases.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Morena for an Area Business Manager. The Area Business Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, managing relationships with distributors and farmers, and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Key duties include conducting market research, developing marketing plans, and providing training and support to the sales team. The role also involves monitoring competitors’ activities and exploring new market opportunities.QualificationsStrong knowledge in Sales Management, Market Research, and Business DevelopmentProven experience in Relationship Management and Customer ServiceSkills in Marketing Strategy, Promotional Activities, and TrainingExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and on-site in MorenaBachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldExperience in the agricultural industry, especially in seeds.
