Role & responsibilities Implementation of SOP at the store level Responsible for the P&L of both tap and bottom line merchandize. Ensuring SOP and checklists are in place. Monitoring staff (tailoring & sales) are available in each store at all the time Mentoring the subordinates. Assist manager in planning, organizing, and implementation. Ensuring schedules and objectives are met. Leave approval for subordinates. Controlling attrition at the store level. Data Analyses at the store level. Monitoring staff productivity Price wise comparison of stock and identifying the stock to sale ratio. Collecting and compiling data of competing stores from store managers. Help in the recruitment process. Store audits on a monthly basis to determine the best performing store. Scheduling meetings for sales and operations of the organization. Analysing and reporting the monthly and yearly performance of various stores. Resolving issues pertaining to customer service. Resolving grievances of employees from stores.
