Role – Person will be Location Head, heading City & reporting to Zone Head. The person will be handling Financial Product Distribution channel – selling multiple financial products with the help of 50-100 freelance – part time salaried distributors on vendors payroll. KRA:- Achieve revenue growth & profitability to upscale the team To ensure training and development for team effectiveness To effectively manage day to day team administration and operations for smooth functioning of the team To ensure customer management & engagement Requirements Requirements:- Age – Less than 33 yrs. Experience - 4 – 6 Yrs. Of from wealth sales experience background from Wealth Management cos. , Banks , NBFCs & Broking cos. In wealth management & financial planning .
