Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Area Manager to oversee operations in the Thrissur Zone . The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day operations of multiple outlets, lead a team of staff, implement company policies, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and profitability. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations across multiple outlets in the Thrissur Zone (Koorkanchery, Triprayar, Irinjalakuda, kodakara). Monitor and maintain standards of quality, hygiene, and customer service. Lead, motivate, and manage outlet teams, ensuring proper staffing and training. Ensure compliance with SOPs, company policies, and safety guidelines. Coordinate with the central kitchen, logistics, and other departments. Review outlet performance metrics and take corrective actions where necessary. Handle customer feedback and resolve escalations effectively. Report regularly to the Operations Manager with insights and updates. Requirements: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar multi-outlet supervisory role. Prior experience in the food & beverage or retail sector is preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel within the Thrissur zone. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required. Proficiency in Malayalam and basic English/Hindi preferred. Benefits: Competitive salary package.
