We’re launching our first offline store and looking for a go-getter to lead it from the front. 🧩 Role Overview As the Area Manager – Offline Stores , you'll be the driving force behind our offline GTM. From running the store and driving local marketing to managing inventory and delivery operations — you’ll be at the heart of our customer experience on the ground. 🛠 Responsibilities Set up and operate the flagship offline store (MG Road, Gurgaon) Manage day-to-day store operations, inventory, and in-store sales Plan and execute local marketing and promotional activities Build strong customer relationships through in-person interaction Coordinate with delivery partners for local order fulfillment Maintain sales reports and ensure smooth backend processes ✅ Who You Are Graduate with 1–2 years of experience in D2C, FMCG, Retail, or Quick Commerce Strong communication and people skills — comfortable interacting with customers daily Passionate about building a brand from scratch and learning across functions Residing in Gurgaon/Delhi and open to working 6 days a week, onsite 💡 What’s In It for You Work directly with the founders of a high-potential D2C startup Freehand in decision-making and building your playbook Exposure across sales, marketing, operations, and brand building Sales-linked incentives and growth opportunities Show more Show less
