About the Role As an Area Manager - New Initiatives you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales representatives, and building strong customer relationships within a designated geographical area. The ASM will implement sales strategies, achieve revenue targets, and ensure excellent customer service while maintaining brand positioning. It also involves identifying leads for new stores and onboarding new clients. What you will be doing Identify, pitch, and onboard local restaurants and service partners to Local by SuperK Support the launch of E-Commerce initiatives Conduct market research to evaluate potential towns and service gaps Own field-level operations markets Build playbooks and SOPs for replication across geographies Monitor customer satisfaction and NPS metrics Travel extensively within operational regions to drive on-ground execution What we would like to see in you 24 years of experience in business development, operations, E-Commerce Fluent in Telugu and comfortable with regional travel Strong on-ground problem solver with high ownership mindset Comfortable working in ambiguity and fast-paced startup environments Experience working with local vendors, kiranas, or F&B outlets is a plus Job Location : Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh.
