Job Description

I. PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: To improve the brand image through focused marketing and promotion activities in the AMRO To pull customers to the Retail stores for improving sales through various campaigns and meets To enable the Retail Stores Manager and Field Service Associates to reach and sell to HNI farmers on a one on one mode To promote and conduct various events to bring awareness on products to the Target segment with crop calendar support To provide Technical support to Retail Stores Manager / Field Service Associates on New product introduction / Focus products and launch the new products in the field effectively. To co-ordinate with Field Service Associates and Retail Stores Managers to plan the monthly activities with the Enabler plan and follow up for II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. ORGANISATIONAL EFFECTIVENESS: Monthly journey plan and visit to stores to ensure that the marketing activities such as village farmer's Meetings, formal events, village camps, organic carbon test etc are implemented To monitor and review Field Service Associate visits through Field Service Associate format or CCR data to ensure operational efficiency and productivity of visits To increase the number of walk-ins and value of bills at the store level to achieve budgeted sales. To enable tracking of repeat customers through multiple registry while filling in Navision To conduct crop visits and analyse pest or nutrient deficiency and propose solutions through voice SMS to educate the farmer Through tele calling capture the census data of farmers to generate customer data bases To organize demos on new products / focus products to farmers and review to bring awareness of product efficacy to farmers In collaboration with AMRO, prepare Beat Plan of Retail Stores Manager and monitor for implementation. Ensure store displays of new products customer schemes like crop bundles, technical recommendations as per VM guidelines 2. STRATEGIC: To provide strategic promotion to agro and non -agro products / services for ensuring maximum utilization of manpower and other resources To make micro level plans for focusing on High margin-High volume products to improve profitability and sustenance To present finding of ROI at village level to build awareness on nutrient levels in the village To ensure geo tagging of HNI farmers & deliver technical advisory inputs based on satellite imagery Organize periodic scientist at store meetings during the season to improve MGC image as “expert advisor” among the farmers Organize digital campaigns through various media like what’s app, YouTube, Face book etc., to communicate store value proposition and store labels 3. OPERATIONAL EFFECTIVENESS: To impart technical training on a continuous basis to Field Service Associates for product knowledge and capability development. Monitor Field Service Associates on a daily basis and review their productivity To track store wise NPS scores and detractors feedback and take corrective actions to improve store operations and customer satisfaction Review store wise churn rates and periodically track the churn customers and initiate actions to regain them Measure store wise new customers and organize campaigns to get more new customer foot falls Organize awareness campaigns on various customer related schemes to ensure more conversion rate and sales Send your resumes to retailhrsupport@coromandel.murugappa.com
