Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales and Business Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals. Analyze sales reports and market trends to identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional activities and events. 2. Operations Management: Ensure stores comply with company policies, procedures, and brand standards. Monitor inventory management, stock levels, and visual merchandising. Conduct regular store audits to ensure operational excellence. 3. Team Leadership and Development: Recruit, train, and mentor store managers and sales associates. Provide coaching and performance feedback to enhance productivity. Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork. 4. Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained. Address and resolve customer issues and complaints promptly. Implement customer loyalty programs and initiatives. 5. Financial Management: Manage area budgets, including sales, expenses, and profitability. Ensure accurate financial reporting and operational cost control. Monitor store-level financial performance and recommend corrective actions. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field. 5+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in the jewellery or luxury goods sector. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel frequently within the designated area.
