Role & responsibilities Maintaining and increasing product sales in the assigned area/location. Reaching the targets and goals set for the assigned area. Establishing, maintaining and expanding the customer base. Servicing the needs of the existing customers. Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market. Developing sales strategies to achieve company targets. Compiling and analysing sales figures in the assigned area. Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts. Collecting customer feedback and market research. Reporting to senior managers. Keeping up to date with products and competitors. Preferred candidate profile 1-4 years of experience in female garments sale. Should have thorough knowledge about the geography and markets of location. Good communication skills in English and local language.
