Renovate Biologicals is looking for an energetic pharmaceutical sales representative to promote our portfolio of products that are advancing the modern medical landscape. As a member of our sales team, the representative will develop relationships with existing and prospective clients and engage them in learning more about our product suite. Objectives of this role • Develop strong relationships with healthcare providers and their staff members and earn their repeat business. • Increase the number of accounts across an assigned territory. • Shape our brand positioning and messaging in a way thats consistent with marketing strategy • Learn about the competitor market and consistently rise above through exemplary customer service and sales tactics. Responsibilities • Conduct outreach to prospective clients within various healthcare organizations and practices • Meet with current and prospective clients to identify their needs and present new/relevant products • Reach or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas • Log client contacts, meetings/calls, and sales conversations in the appropriate database Required skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Commitment to upholding our companys ethical standards • The ability to negotiate and collaborate • Presentation skills • Commercial awareness • Time management Preferred qualification • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline • 0-2 Years Experienced
