Assistant Sales Manager As an Assistant Sales Manager in the healthcare sector, you will play a pivotal role in leading and supporting our sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets. You will work closely with the Sales Manager to develop effective strategies and ensure the successful execution of sales plans, achieve targets. market dynamics, Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to drive performance and Set daily sales targets for the team based on overall objectives and Monitor daily sales activities and performance to ensure targets are met or exceeded consistently. Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to penetrate new markets, acquire new customers, and increase market share. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, healthcare providers, and stakeholders to drive sales and foster loyalty. Ensure that the sales team is well-versed in the features, benefits, and applications of healthcare products and services. Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, and adjust sales strategies accordingly. Provide ongoing training, coaching, and feedback to sales team members to enhance their skills, product knowledge, and sales techniques. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members to improve performance and productivity. Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field. Proven experience in healthcare sales, with a track record of successfully managing and achieving sales targets. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Deep understanding of the healthcare industry, including regulatory requirements, market dynamics, and customer needs. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and make data- driven decisions. Results-driven and customer-focused attitude.
