Role & responsibilities Seeking a dynamic professional to drive FASTag sales through strategic onboarding, market research, and data analysis. Collaborate with product and tech teams for customer-first solutions. Leverage industry insights to enhance operations, optimize channels, and recommend process improvements for efficiency and superior customer service. Strong FASTag product knowledge required. Preferred candidate profile Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy and onboarding of customers to achieve FASTag sales targets. Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities, monitor industry trends, and stay ahead of competition. Work with the Product and tech team to ensure the products and services are always designed with customer-first solutions. Data Analysis study to understand the business dynamics and prepare the strategies accordingly. Extensive knowledge and understanding of FASTag products, operations, and current market trends. Identifying the changing market trends, channel development for acquiring business, and providing high quality customer service. Recommend improvements to processes and policies across the FASTag business to drive operational efficiencies and high-quality customer service.
