Area Sales Manager (ASM) Brand: Nature s Essence Professional Key Roles and Responsibilities: Lead and drive sales in the salon market, developing strategies to achieve business growth. Build and manage strong retail distribution networks to expand market reach. Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with salon partners, distributors, and key stakeholders. Develop and implement sales plans, promotional activities, and training programs for salon professionals. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies accordingly. Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and product teams to ensure seamless product availability and brand visibility. Conduct sales performance analysis and prepare regular reports for senior management. Support the recruitment, training, and mentoring of the sales team to enhance productivity and performance. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums to drive brand awareness and sales. Ensure customer satisfaction and after-sales support to maintain long-term business relationships. Experience Qualifications: Experience: 6-10 years of sales experience in FMCG/Cosmetics, preferably in the salon market. Qualification: Graduation / Post-Graduation in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. Preferred: Experience in handling salon professionals, distributors, and B2B sales.
