Job Description

We are looking for an Area Sales Manager (ASM) who will be responsible for managing sales operations in assigned territories, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have experience in making super stockiests, distributors, team handling, and appointments, along with a good knowledge of the market. Role & responsibilities. - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets in assigned territories - Identify and appoint super stockiests, distributors, and retailers to expand the distribution network - Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on market trends - Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets - Monitor and report sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity to senior management - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market, customers, and competitor - 6-10 years of experience in sales and marketing, in the FMCG industry - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing successful sales strategies - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership and team management skills - Good knowledge of the market, customers, and competitors - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Graduate degree in any discipline, preferably in sales and marketing.
