We manufacture more than 60 models of voltage stabilizers for air conditioners, TV, refrigerator, deep freezer, DJ Systems, mainline loads, etc. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy : Drive regional sales targets with strategic plans aligned to company goals. Team Leadership: Motivate and mentor sales reps to excel and enhance skills. Market Insights: Identify growth prospects through market analysis and competitor insights. Territory Optimization: Maximize market penetration through efficient territory management. Performance Tracking: Implement metrics for sales team evaluation and improvement. Promotions: Collaborate for impactful promotional events and product launches. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong bonds with key healthcare professionals and opinion leaders. Compliance : Ensure adherence to standards, regulations, and reporting accuracy. Resource Management: Optimize budget and resources for cost-effective outcomes.Cross-functional Collaboration: Align strategies with various departments for unified success. Qualifications and Requirements: 5+ years of experience in sales. Must be located in Rajasthan Persons with experience in sales of Air Conditioners/Refrigerators/Televisions & other electronic appliances will be preferred. Location: The base station is Delhi, with frequent travel within West UP and NCR. .
