With a focus on customer satisfaction and cutting-edge technology, DACS is expanding its footprint in India and looking for dynamic professionals to join our sales force.Job Summary:We are looking for a high-performing Area Sales Manager (ASM) to oversee sales operations for our TV and Washing Machine product categories in Ahmedabad. The ASM will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing strong dealer/distributor networks, managing retail presence, and driving market penetration in the region.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement area sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.Manage and expand a network of distributors, dealers, and retail partners across Ahmedabad.Monitor sell-in/sell-out performance and ensure optimal stock availability at all levels.Conduct regular market visits to ensure proper visibility, branding, and execution at the point of sale.Identify new business opportunities and channels for growth within the area.Collect and analyze market intelligence, customer preferences, competitor activities, and trends.Coordinate with internal teams including Marketing, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to ensure seamless operations.Train and motivate sales promoters and channel partners to drive performance.Prepare sales reports and forecasts and share timely updates with the regional leadership team.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).Minimum 4–6 years of sales experience in the consumer electronics industry, preferably handling TVs and Washing Machines.Strong knowledge of the Ahmedabad market and existing network in the region is highly desirable.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated with strong analytical and leadership abilities.Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.Compensation:Competitive salary with performance-based incentives and allowances.
