We are Hiring "Area Sales Manager - DSLR/DSLM" for a Consumer Durable MNC based in Bengaluru. Candidates with minimum experience of 3 years in channel sales of DSLR/DSLM can apply. Job Title: Area Sales Manager (ASM) DSLR/DSLM Cameras Location: Bengaluru Experience: Minimum 3 Years CTC: Upto 12 LPA Department: Sales & Business Development Reporting To: Regional Sales Manager (RSM) Job Summary: The Area Sales Manager (ASM) will be responsible for driving sales, developing and managing channel partners, and executing business strategies for DSLR and Mirrorless (DSLM) cameras within the assigned territory. The role involves managing relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, and influencers while ensuring the achievement of sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and increase market share. Ensure revenue growth through effective pricing strategies and promotional campaigns. Channel & Dealer Management: Identify, onboard, and manage distributors, dealers, and retailers within the assigned region. Conduct regular visits to channel partners for business review, training, and performance assessment. Implement and monitor incentive programs to enhance dealer engagement. Market & Competition Analysis: Gather market intelligence on competitor products, pricing strategies, and promotional activities. Provide insights and feedback to the marketing and product teams for product positioning and strategy alignment. Identify potential growth areas and recommend business expansion plans. Customer Relationship & Brand Development: Strengthen relationships with key influencers such as photographers, vloggers, and content creators. Organize product demonstrations, workshops, and customer engagement programs to increase brand visibility. Address customer concerns and ensure high levels of satisfaction. Sales Operations & Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales performance and forecasts. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams for stock availability. Maintain CRM records for dealer and customer interactions. Qualifications & Experience: 3-8 years of experience in sales, preferably in consumer durables, electronics, or imaging products. Strong understanding of the DSLR and DSLM camera market and technology. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
