Role & responsibilities Sales Management: Will be responsible for Sales through the Channel Partners and retail customers. Will be responsible for on time EMI/Outstanding collection. Focus Model Business KPI. Creating Dealer Network (Authorized, and Reseller). Increasing counter share and Market share for the respective zone Retailer Engagement: Retailer investment tracking & action. Regular dealer meetings in each market. Retailer claim settlement & pending issues. Tracking competition market share price band wise from retailer bill book once a month. Asset Management & Visibility: Executive and sales team management for driving sell-out growth. Tie up with rural institution/for festivals etc. System & Process: Retail process adherence audit. Scheme communication in market. Model wise sell in and sell out planning. Market working as per norms; Provide necessary trainings to the team. Proper process of Customer acquisition form, EMI Collection, Deposit. Customer Account Management Preferred candidate profile Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business Management or a related field. 3 - 5 years of proven sales experience. Excellent communication skills. High energy level. Understanding consumers issues. Meeting sales goals. Motivation for sales. Work and stay in rural areas. Managing client relationships.
