Job Summary: To achieve plant profitability target through maximization of plant utilization and reduction of production cost by optimal use of resources available at the plant level. Key Responsibilities:' 1. Develop and manage channel partners (distributors, dealers, retailers) to achieve sales targets. 2. Identify and appoint new channel partners in assigned territories. 3. Ensure product availability, visibility, and placement in key outlets. 4. Monitor channel performance and drive sales growth through strategic initiatives. 5. Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners. 6. Conduct regular market visits for partner engagement and competitive analysis. 7. Execute trade promotions and schemes effectively. 8 Handle order processing, claims, credit control, and partner queries. 9.Track sales data, generate reports, and provide market feedback.
