Job Title: Area Sales Manager Institutional Sales Department: Sales & Marketing Location: Zone/Cities (Assigned) Reports To: Zonal Head Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager – Institutional Sales to manage sales operations across major cities within a designated zone. The role involves driving sales of PVC blend-based products through institutional sales, developing key client relationships, and ensuring revenue growth. The ASM will work closely with the Zonal Head to execute business strategies and achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Manage institutional sales of PVC blend-based products across assigned cities. Identify and develop relationships with key institutional clients, distributors, and business partners. Drive sales growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts. Ensure timely execution of orders and maintain strong coordination with the supply chain. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by the management. Conduct market research to analyze customer needs, competition, and emerging trends. Prepare sales reports and provide insights to the Zonal Head for strategic planning. Collaborate with the marketing team for brand promotions and lead generation. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with institutional clients. Provide feedback on product performance and suggest improvements to the management. Skills & Qualifications: Master's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred. 8+ years of experience in institutional sales, preferably in building materials, PVC, or related industries. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple cities and travel as required. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools. Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of handling sales pressure.
