Based in Jaipur , the incumbent will be responsible for building a high-performing sales team, developing strategic channel partnerships, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Team Building & Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team across Rajasthan. Channel Development: Identify, onboard, and nurture new channel partners while strengthening relationships with existing ones. Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth. Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive insights to expand the company’s footprint. Revenue Growth: Drive sales targets and ensure consistent revenue generation. Client & Partner Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, distributors, and clients. Performance Monitoring: Analyse sales data, monitor team performance, and take corrective actions when necessary. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field. 8+ years of proven experience in sales, preferably minimum 3 years in Lighting Industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
