Company Overview: Website: https://spovum.com Industry: Medical Equipment Manufacturing Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and driven Area Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be pivotal in directing and overseeing our sales policies, objectives, and initiatives. You will craft both short- and long-term sales strategies, evaluate their effectiveness, and recommend enhancements to boost customer satisfaction and drive sales growth in the IVF and medical devices market. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Sales & Marketing: Develop and execute annual sales plans and IVF cycle strategies for assigned regions. Determine new clinic conversion rates by implementing strategic marketing initiatives and analyzing trends. Identify key demographics and develop sales initiatives to capture these segments. Customer & Partner Engagement: Promote assigned IVF products to customers at defined frequencies. Generate and convert leads into sales while building effective rapport with customers and distributors. Provide on-the-ground support to both new and existing partner IVF clinics to enhance patient footfalls through innovative marketing strategies. Event & Activity Management: Organize marketing activities such as CMEs, DGMs, focused group meetings, road shows, and product demonstrations to promote SpOvum products and services. Operational Excellence: Coordinate with customers, the Credit Control Team, and other departments for timely payment collection. Prepare daily field sales reports, including call logs, attendance updates, product complaints, and opportunity captures. Maintain comprehensive records on partners, accounts, and activities, and prepare necessary reports for senior management. Ensure timely and appropriate delivery of products while adhering to company systems and processes. Continuously update technical knowledge and selling skills through workshops, publications, and other learning opportunities. Performance & Compliance: Study market trends, competitive scenarios, and customer feedback to provide actionable insights to senior management. Effectively negotiate and successfully close deals, ensuring alignment with territory plans and overall business objectives. Candidate Profile: Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in sales, preferably within the IVF or medical device industry, with established relationships with IVF clinics. Qualifications: Diploma, Engineering, or Science background. Skills: o Strong communication and negotiation skills. o Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. o Excellent relationship-building and sales process management. o Solid market knowledge and the ability to analyze trends and data effectively.
