HIRING - AREA SALES MAANGER (OPHTHALMOLOGY) DELHI NCR & MUMBAI Division: Eyecare/Ophthalmic Pharma Division of WAYPHAM INDIA PVT. LTD. Job Locations: DELHI NCR & MUMBAI - 2 POSITION SUMMARY OF THE OVERALL ASM JOB: To be responsible for leading and developing effective team of front-line sales personnel to achieve sales targets. To be also responsible for individual revenue Sales & Collection targets. KEY RESULTS AREA: Achievement of Sales Target - Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly Timely collection of market outstanding High quality customer calls, number of calls and customer coverage as per plan Develop brands and business with key institution & Kols. Adherence to joint field work Team development, coaching and training Control on sales processes and SOps EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Education: B. Pharm / B.SC Experience : 6+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales
