Role & responsibilities To cover Private projects, builders, related architects, contractors Conducting extensive field activities & follow up on potential clients. Preparation for future projects details or previous projects & other activities. Responsible for Market and Competitor Analysis. Meeting with Architects/ Builders/ Promoters/contractors/Govt.Deptts & other institutional clients on regular basis Getting specification/approvals in major Govt. departments/PSUs To achieve desired business from their designated territory. Preferred candidate profile Strong desire to achieve business number for the designated territory/customer Proven success in expanding markets and establishing and sustaining profitable client relationships. Result Oriented Strong verbal and written communication/ presentation skills Leadership and client relationship building skills. Good Energy Level. Should be able to travel. Meeting Sales Goals Good business relation with clients/departments Strong computer knowledge Candidate must have worked in a Tile company.
